President

Mr. Walling has over 15 years of SAP consulting, project, program & practice management experience. He received his initial training at SAP America, where he served as project manager & senior consultant before starting an SAP consultancy practice. 

Mr. Walling has acted as project manager/solution architect to fourteen SAP implementations since 1996, with a vertical focus on oil & gas, utilities, manufacturing, mining, metals & telecom. He has provided functional consulting to over thirty-five projects across a wide variety of industries, using a cross-functional SAP skill set which encompasses deep functional & technical expertise in finance & controlling, production planning, sales & distribution, materials management, plant maintenance & human resources.

Prior to forming WCG, he served  for several years as the SAP Finance and HR practice lead for SAP's largest pure-play SAP consulting partner where he sold, staffed and managed numerous prime engagements in the middle-market. He holds an MBA Finance from Texas Tech University an a BA from Rhodes College.
